Refund policy

Returns:
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry contact me immediately so we can work on a solution.  

 I must be notified within 15 days of receiving your jewelry. You will be responsible for sending it back to me safely.  Once the jewelry arrives back to me in the same condition it left my hands, I will refund your purchase price minus shipping.

Please read ring and necklace listings thoroughly, as the measurements of each are included. A necklace may look one way modeled in the photos and differently on you. Know your body, know what chain lengths and ring sizes work for you.

I do not accept returns for custom orders, or made to order jewelry. All made to order rings and earrings are custom made for you. This also includes anything made in a custom size, or with custom wording stamped onto the jewelry.
