How to Find Your Size

Each ring is made to the size you specify at the time of order. Before purchasing, please confirm your ring size using one of these methods:

• Ring sizer tool: Order a free plastic ring sizer online, or visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement.
• Measure an existing ring: Use a ruler to measure the internal diameter (in mm) of a ring that fits well, then match it to a standard size chart.
• String or paper method: Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length, then divide by 3.14 to get the diameter and convert to your ring size.

Tips: Fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold — measure at the end of the day. Wide bands fit tighter; consider going up half a size for bands wider than 6mm.

Resizing & Remaking Policy

Because every piece is handmade to order, resize availability varies by design. Check the individual product listing for design-specific notes — this section covers general guidelines only.

• Some designs can be resized after delivery (typically 1–2 sizes up or down), depending on the metalwork and setting style.
• Designs with tension settings, full eternity bands, or specific structural elements cannot be resized and would need to be remade.
• If a remake in a different size is needed, contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility and timeline.

What to Include When You Contact Us

For sizing questions before purchase, or resize/remake requests after delivery, please message us with:

• Your ring size and how you measured it
• The product name and variant (metal, stone, finish, etc.)
• Whether you need a resize of an existing piece or a remake in a new size
• Your order number, if applicable

Production Timeline

Current production time is listed on each product page. Resize or remake requests confirmed before production begins can usually be accommodated within the standard timeline. Requests after production starts may require additional time — reach out as early as possible.
